Air Fryer – Salmon

By Connor Forbes

For Christmas, I bought my wife an air fryer. The thought was our kiddos eat so many chicken tenders and dino nuggets, an air fryer would be an excellent way to expedite the cooking time and not have to turn the oven on and heat our house. That turned out to be a great supposition, but what I didn’t realize is that I would be using the air fryer for so many other dishes as well. Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato, and the subject of today’s recipe, salmon.

An air fryer is at its core, a convection oven. So, you can treat is exactly as such.

I made one of my go-to salmon dishes, lemon dill, and it couldn’t have been easier.

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Lemon
  • Dill

To Make

Slice the salmon into filets. Squeeze lemon juice over the cutlets and cover with dill. Cook in the air fryer at 385 degrees for 10 minutes or until the salmon is over 125 degrees internal temperature. Eat!
