Tuna Crackers

I went to Costco the other day with my 6-year-old, and like the wholesale chain does, they had a bunch of samples. They had just about everything, but the one my kiddo homed in on was the tuna fish on cracker. I was a bit surprised, as I haven’t exposed him to tuna fish, and he’s six. So, who knows what he will like or what freaks him out and scars him for life. But we walked out of there with cans of tuna fish and crackers, and everyone wins. I have been making him this snack in the afternoon every day since. He likes it simple, and I like it dolled up a little. Let’s snack.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz can tuna fish
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pepper to taste
  • Milton’s Multigrain Crackers
  • Fresh dill (optional)
  • Finely diced red onion (optional)

To Make

In a bowl add the tuna fish with mayo and cracked pepper. Mix. Lay out crackers on a plate. Scoop tuna onto a cracker. Serve with optional dill and red onion. SNACK!
